Likewise, the painter is not responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks, and other means of payment at the time of payment for the purchased paintings.<\/p>\n<p>The artist, at no point during the purchase process, is able to know the buyer's credit card number, as it is transmitted directly to the banking service provider.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rights, duties, and responsibilities of the customer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The consumer agrees and undertakes, once the \"online\" purchase procedure related to the <strong>sale of artworks<\/strong>is completed, to print and retain these <strong>general conditions<\/strong> that they will have already reviewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase of the products.<\/p>\n<p>These general conditions may be updated at any time by the website owner, who will notify their customers directly in this WEB space and via email notification.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer agrees and undertakes, whenever there is a modification of these general conditions, to print and retain them. The obligations undertaken by the customer upon acceptance of the indicated clauses, as well as the guarantee of the proper completion of the payment made by the customer using the authorized means, are essential in nature.
