After verifying compliance with the above, the purchase amount of the artwork will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days, including any shipping costs.<\/p>\r\n<p>The artist will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>Subsequently, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the artwork you returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Late or Missing Refunds<\/h3>\r\n<p>If you haven't received a refund 10 days after the confirmation, please check your bank account or the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.<\/p>\r\n<p>In the case of a bank transfer, you will need to contact your credit card company, but remember that it may take some time before your refund is officially completed.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you have taken those steps and have not yet received the refund, please <a href=\"\/en\/contacta-artista\/\">contact the artist<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3>Shipping and Returns<\/h3>\r\n<p>If the artwork is damaged or defective, you can return it.
