Rights, duties, and responsibilities of the customer
The consumer agrees and undertakes, once the "online" purchase procedure related to the sale of artworksis completed, to print and retain these general conditions that they will have already reviewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase of the products.
These general conditions may be updated at any time by the website owner, who will notify their customers directly in this WEB space and via email notification.
The consumer agrees and undertakes, whenever there is a modification of these general conditions, to print and retain them. It is strictly prohibited for the buyer to enter false data in the registration process required for the activation of this contract. The Customer indemnifies Juan José Rodriguez de Guzmán Barba from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to any errors related to the data provided by the customer, as the customer is solely responsible for the accurate input of such data.

The entire procedure is carried out through a secure connection directly linked to the bank that holds and manages the "online" payment service, to which Juan José Rodriguez de Guzmán Barba has no access whatsoever.
Contract termination and express termination clause
The consumer has the right to cancel the order no later than 24 hours after sending the relevant online form for the sale of artworks.
After this deadline, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner indicated above. In the event of order cancellation by Juan José Rodriguez de Guzmán Barba due to the impossibility of execution beyond the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase concerning the sale of artworks, the consumer will be entitled to receive a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of the chosen payment method.
The artist also has the right to terminate the contract by simply informing the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the customer will be entitled solely to the refund of any amount already paid. The obligations undertaken by the customer upon acceptance of the indicated clauses, as well as the guarantee of the proper completion of the payment made by the customer using the authorized means, are essential in nature. By express agreement, the failure of the Customer to comply with any of these obligations will result in the automatic termination of the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to Juan José Rodriguez de Guzmán Barba's right to take legal action for compensation for any further damages.

Jurisdiction and Competent Court
